A Calm Breath Creates a Calm Mind

When a moment occurs today that makes you feel overwhelmed or unsettled, take a few precious moments and focus on your breath. See if you are able to concentrate and slow down your breathing. This will give a signal to your brain to also slow down and relax.

Just take it one thing at a time.
