New Week. New Day. New You!

It’s Monday. My personal least favorite day of the week! But – I’m changing that around, because it’s all about perception, right? So, I’m inviting you to join me, in a week long challenge.

This week’s challenge:

Focus on all the good things that are happening today and write them down for the entire week.

If you want me to hold you accountable, then send me your list either every day or at the end of the week. I would love to read all the good things that have happened throughout your day!

I’m doing this because I’ve realized that I need to take actions to drastically change my perceptions and get my priorities straight. It’s not enough to think about it I need to take some actions. So, like an experiment, I’m going to be dabbling into some of this for a while, and would love some company, if you’re up for it!
